Information we collect from you:

Figment Brewing collects information through both our email subscription list (which users can only join voluntarily) and our online shop. The information collected through our online shop includes your name, billing and shipping address, phone number (if provided) and email (if you opt-in to our email subscription list).

If you are making a purchase, you will be asked to provide payment information. In such event, it is our policy to redirect you to a payment processing portal hosted by a third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not collect, access, store or process any credit card information. Please read the privacy policy on the payment processor’s website regarding the use, storage, and protection of your credit card information before submitting any credit card information. 

This website also collects personal data to power our site analytics, including information about your browser, network and device, and your IP address. This information may also include details about your use of this website, including: clicks, internal links, pages visited, scrolling searches, and timestamps. We share this information with Squarespace, our website analytics provider, to learn about site traffic and activity.

How we may use your information:

We use your information for the following business purposes:
