WHO WE ARE

WE STARTED FIGMENT TO MAKE DRINKS THAT FEEL ALIVE.

We started in 2018 and over the last 8 years have stayed commited to our values.

At Figment Kombucha, we believe beverages should do more than just taste good.

They should feel fresh, intentional, and deeply connected to the people and places behind them. What began as a small idea in Athens, Georgia has grown into a craft kombucha company built around real ingredients, thoughtful sourcing, and a commitment to creating products that leave the lightest possible footprint.

From freshly pressed ginger and locally grown strawberries to small-batch brewing and recyclable packaging, every decision we make is guided by one simple philosophy:

Do less harm. Make better drinks.

OUR BREWING PHILOSOPHY

Every can of Figment Kombucha is raw, unpasteurized, and packed with living cultures.

That means our kombucha stays vibrant, active, and full of flavor from the brewery to your fridge.

Unlike mass-produced beverages designed to sit on warm shelves for months, our kombucha is brewed fresh, kept refrigerated, and crafted in small batches to preserve the complexity and character of every ingredient.

Because when kombucha is made the right way, you can taste the difference.

KOMBUCHA IS AGRICULTURE WHEN IT’S DONE RIGHT.

For years, we’ve built relationships with farmers across Georgia to source ingredients that are fresher, more flavorful, and better for the planet.

From strawberries and cold pressed ginger juice to herbs, flowers, and seasonal produce, we believe great kombucha starts long before the brewing process begins.

While we can’t source everything locally yet, our goal is simple:Support more local growers every year so we can continue building a stronger, more sustainable food system together.

Because behind every can is a network of people, farms, and ingredients that make Figment what it is.
